Important Notes & Terms
1. This Invoice is issued in accordance with the Egyptian Commercial Code and the regulations of the Egyptian Tax Authority (ETA). All amounts are denominated in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) unless otherwise stated.
2. The Curriculum Developer services described herein are subject to the Master Service Agreement (MSA) dated 01 March 2025 between Alexandria Educational Solutions Ltd. and Alexandria University. Any scope changes must be documented in a written change order signed by both parties.
3. Payment is due within fifteen (15) calendar days from the issue date of this Invoice. Late payments shall accrue interest at the rate of 2% per month as stipulated in the MSA and in compliance with Egyptian commercial law.
4. All intellectual property rights to the curriculum materials, digital resources, and assessment instruments developed under this engagement shall transfer to Alexandria University upon full and final payment of this Invoice.
5. The Curriculum Developer retains the right to reference the project in professional portfolios and case studies, subject to a 30-day prior written notice to the client for confidentiality review.
6. This Invoice is valid for 90 days from the issue date. After this period, a revised Invoice reflecting any applicable price adjustments will be issued.
7. All services are to be delivered at the Alexandria University campus or at the client's designated location within Egypt Alexandria. Travel and accommodation costs for the Curriculum Developer are included in the quoted amounts.
