Payment Terms
Payment is due within 15 calendar days from the issue date of this Invoice.
A late payment penalty of 2% per month shall apply to any outstanding balance after the due date, in accordance with Egyptian Commercial Law (Law No. 17 of 1999).
Accepted payment methods: Bank transfer (T/T), certified cheque, or corporate credit card.
All amounts are denominated in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) unless otherwise stated.
Terms & Conditions – Curriculum Developer Engagement
- This Invoice covers all professional services rendered by the designated Curriculum Developer under Contract No. CISA-NES-2025-012, executed on 1 March 2025 in Egypt Cairo.
- All intellectual property rights to the developed curriculum materials, lesson plans, digital resources, and assessment instruments shall transfer to Cairo International Academy of Sciences upon full and final payment of this Invoice.
- The Curriculum Developer warrants that all deliverables comply with the Egyptian National Curriculum Framework (2025 Edition) and the standards set forth by the Supreme Council of Education in Cairo.
- Any additional services, scope changes, or revision requests beyond the originally agreed deliverables will be subject to a separate Invoice and mutual written approval.
- This Invoice is valid for 90 days from the issue date. After this period, a revised Invoice reflecting current rates and tax regulations in Egypt Cairo will be issued.
- Disputes arising from this Invoice or the associated services shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Egyptian Arbitration Center, with the seat of arbitration in Cairo, Egypt.
- The Curriculum Developer reserves the right to withhold final deliverables (including the complete digital resource package) until the outstanding balance of this Invoice is settled in full.
