2. All curriculum materials developed under this engagement are the intellectual property of the Académie des Sciences de Lyon upon full settlement of this Invoice. The Curriculum Developer retains the right to reference the project in professional portfolios and academic publications with prior written consent.
3. The Curriculum Developer services described herein comply with all applicable French educational regulations, including those issued by the Ministère de l'Éducation Nationale, de l'Enseignement Supérieur et de la Recherche, as well as the specific directives of the Académie de Lyon.
4. This Invoice is issued in accordance with French tax regulations. The TVA (VAT) number and SIRET registration of the Curriculum Developer are verified and current as of the date of issue. A duplicate Invoice may be requested in writing within 12 months of the issue date.
5. Any disputes arising from this Invoice or the associated Curriculum Developer services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tribunal de Commerce de Lyon, France.
