3. The Curriculum Developer retains full intellectual property rights over the methodology and proprietary frameworks used in the development process. The client receives a perpetual, non-transferable licence to use the delivered curriculum materials within the France Marseille educational jurisdiction.
4. Any additional services requested beyond the scope defined in this Invoice will be subject to a separate quotation and a supplementary Invoice.
