All curriculum materials, frameworks, and intellectual property developed under this engagement remain the property of the client upon full settlement of this Invoice.
The Curriculum Developer team, led by Prof. Markus Steiner, has completed all deliverables in accordance with the project specification document dated 12 March 2025. All work was conducted in compliance with German data protection regulations (DSGVO/GDPR) and Bavarian educational standards.
Any disputes regarding this Invoice must be submitted in writing within 30 days of the Invoice date. The governing law for this Invoice and the underlying service agreement is the law of the Federal Republic of Germany. The exclusive jurisdiction for any legal proceedings is Munich, Germany.
