Payment Terms and Instructions
This Invoice is payable within fourteen (14) calendar days from the Invoice date of 15 June 2025. Payment is due no later than 30 June 2025. The Curriculum Developer, EduCurriculum Ghana Ltd., accepts payment via bank transfer to the GCB Bank account listed above, or by certified cheque made payable to "EduCurriculum Ghana Ltd." and delivered to our office in Ghana Accra.
A late payment penalty of 2% per month will be applied to any outstanding balance after the due date. Please reference Invoice number ECG-2025-00472 on all correspondence and remittances. All amounts are quoted in Ghana Cedis (GHS) and are subject to the prevailing tax rates as determined by the Ghana Revenue Authority.
Important Notes Regarding This Invoice
1. This Invoice covers the full scope of Curriculum Developer services as outlined in the signed Service Agreement dated 1 March 2025 between EduCurriculum Ghana Ltd. and the West African Educational Consortium.
2. All curriculum materials developed under this engagement are the intellectual property of the client upon full and final payment of this Invoice. The Curriculum Developer retains the right to reference the project in professional portfolios and case studies.
3. The Curriculum Developer team, based in Ghana Accra, will conduct all on-site consultations, workshops, and delivery sessions at the client's premises in East Legon, Ghana Accra, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4. Any additional services, scope changes, or extended timelines beyond the original agreement will be subject to a separate Invoice and prior written approval from both parties.
5. This Invoice is valid for ninety (90) days from the date of issue. After this period, the Curriculum Developer reserves the right to re-quote all line items based on current market rates in Ghana Accra.
