Important Notes & Terms
1. This Invoice is issued by EduCraft Solutions Pvt. Ltd., a registered Curriculum Developer firm headquartered in India Bangalore, Karnataka. All services described herein were rendered by qualified Curriculum Developer professionals under the supervision of Prof. Arjun Nair, Lead Curriculum Developer.
2. The Curriculum Developer services outlined in this Invoice were performed in accordance with the Master Service Agreement (MSA) dated 10 December 2024 between the parties. All intellectual property rights in the developed curriculum materials vest with Horizon Academy of Sciences upon full and final payment of this Invoice.
3. All work was conducted primarily at the client's premises in India Bangalore and at the EduCraft Solutions office in Indiranagar, Bangalore. Travel and accommodation expenses incurred by the Curriculum Developer team during on-site visits are included in the rates specified above and are not billed separately.
4. This Invoice is valid for 30 days from the date of issue. In the event of non-payment by the due date, the Curriculum Developer reserves the right to suspend any ongoing or future curriculum development engagements until the outstanding balance is cleared in full.
5. Any disputes arising from this Invoice shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Bangalore, Karnataka, India. The governing law shall be the laws of India.
6. This Invoice is computer-generated and does not require a physical signature. A digital copy sent via email to the billing address constitutes a valid and legally binding document under the Information Technology Act, 2000.
