Invoice Notes & Payment Instructions
This Invoice is issued by the undersigned Curriculum Developer in accordance with the service agreement (Contract No. TEA-2025-0312) executed between Hadad Educational Design Studio and the Tel Aviv Municipal Education Authority. All services were rendered in and around Israel Tel Aviv between March 3, 2025, and June 12, 2025.
Payment Method: Bank transfer to Bank Hapoalim, Account: 010-442-887-1, IBAN: IL16 0100 0000 0004 4288 71, SWIFT: POBALILT. Please reference Invoice number INV-2025-TLV-0487 in all correspondence.
Payment Terms: Net 30 days from the date of this Invoice. Late payments shall accrue interest at the rate of 1.5% per month as stipulated under Israeli commercial law. The Curriculum Developer reserves the right to suspend ongoing services if payment is not received by the due date of July 15, 2025.
Terms, Conditions & Scope Acknowledgment
1. This Invoice covers all professional services delivered by the Curriculum Developer as outlined in the line items above. No additional charges shall apply beyond those specified herein unless a written change order is executed by both parties.
2. All intellectual property rights to the curriculum materials, lesson plans, assessment tools, and digital platform designs created by the Curriculum Developer during the engagement period shall transfer to the Tel Aviv Municipal Education Authority upon full and final payment of this Invoice.
3. The Curriculum Developer warrants that all materials developed are original, free from plagiarism, and compliant with the educational regulations of the State of Israel, including the Ministry of Education's curriculum standards for the Israel Tel Aviv district.
4. This Invoice is governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Any disputes arising from this Invoice or the underlying service agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Tel Aviv, Israel Tel Aviv.
5. The client acknowledges receipt of all deliverables listed in this Invoice and confirms satisfaction with the quality and completeness of the Curriculum Developer's work as of the issue date.
