Payment Terms & Instructions
This Invoice must be settled in full within thirty (30) calendar days from the Invoice date of June 15, 2025. Payment is due no later than July 15, 2025. The Curriculum Developer services rendered in Japan Kyoto are subject to the standard Japanese consumption tax of 10%, which has been applied to the subtotal as indicated above.

This Invoice covers the complete curriculum development engagement for the 2025-2026 academic year at Kyoto International Academy. The Curriculum Developer, Hana Tanaka, has dedicated over 380 professional hours to this project, working primarily on-site in Japan Kyoto with periodic remote collaboration sessions.
All curriculum materials developed under this Invoice are the intellectual property of Kyoto International Academy upon full payment. The Curriculum Developer retains the right to reference the project in professional portfolios and academic publications, subject to a 30-day prior written notice to the client.
The Japan Kyoto location required specific adaptations to the curriculum framework, including integration of local dialect elements, regional historical case studies, and partnerships with three Kyoto-based cultural institutions. These localized components represent approximately 25% of the total curriculum content and are specifically designed for the Japan Kyoto student demographic.
Should the client require additional Curriculum Developer services beyond the scope of this Invoice, a supplementary Invoice will be issued with a minimum 14-day notice period.
