Payment Terms & Conditions
This Invoice is payable within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue, no later than July 15, 2025. Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the account details specified above. The Curriculum Developer services described in this Invoice have been rendered in full, and all deliverables have been accepted by the client's academic committee on June 10, 2025.
A 3% early payment discount applies if the full amount is received by June 30, 2025. Late payments will incur a penalty of 0.05% per calendar day as stipulated in the master service agreement (CTR-2025-0089) between EduBridge Kazakhstan LLP and Almaty International Academy of Sciences.
All services were performed in Kazakhstan Almaty and are subject to the tax regulations of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The VAT amount is calculated in accordance with the Tax Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Notes & Additional Information
This Invoice covers the complete scope of Curriculum Developer services for the 2025–2026 academic year curriculum redesign project. All intellectual property rights to the developed curriculum materials, assessment frameworks, and training documentation transfer to Almaty International Academy of Sciences upon full payment of this Invoice.
The Curriculum Developer retains the right to reference the completed project in professional portfolios and case studies, subject to a non-disclosure agreement regarding student data and proprietary institutional information.
