Important Notes Regarding This Invoice

1. This Invoice is issued in accordance with the service agreement signed between EduCraft Kenya Ltd. (the Curriculum Developer) and St. Andrew's Academy of Excellence, effective 1 March 2025.

2. All curriculum development services were delivered at the client's premises in Kenya Nairobi, Muthaiga. Travel and accommodation costs are included in the rates specified above.

3. The Curriculum Developer retains all intellectual property rights to the underlying methodology and frameworks. The client receives a perpetual, non-exclusive license to use the developed curriculum documents for internal academic purposes only.

4. Any additional curriculum revisions beyond the three (3) agreed review cycles will be billed separately at a rate of KES 35,000 per revision cycle.

5. This Invoice is valid for 60 days from the date of issue. Please contact our billing department at Nairobi, Kenya for any queries or discrepancies.

6. A valid VAT receipt will be issued upon confirmation of payment. The KRA eTIMS receipt number will be provided via email within 24 hours of payment clearance.
