A late payment fee of 2% per month will be applied to any outstanding balance after the due date, in accordance with Kuwaiti commercial regulations.
Notes & Terms of Service
1. All Curriculum Developer services described in this Invoice were delivered in accordance with the signed Service Agreement (Ref: KWC-EDU-2025-Q2) executed on 1 March 2025 in Kuwait Kuwait City.
2. The Curriculum Developer retains intellectual property rights over all proprietary frameworks, templates, and methodologies developed during the engagement. The Ministry of Education receives a perpetual, non-exclusive license to use all curriculum materials for educational purposes within the State of Kuwait.
3. All work was performed by qualified Curriculum Developer professionals holding advanced degrees in Curriculum and Instruction, Educational Design, or related fields, with a minimum of eight (8) years of experience in K-12 curriculum development.
4. This Invoice constitutes the final billing for the project scope as defined in the Service Agreement. Any additional services, scope changes, or extensions beyond the agreed deliverables will be subject to a separate Invoice and written approval from both parties.
5. The Curriculum Developer guarantees the accuracy and completeness of all deliverables for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of final handover. Any defects or non-conformities identified within this period will be corrected at no additional cost.
6. This Invoice is governed by the laws of the State of Kuwait. Any disputes arising from this Invoice or the underlying Service Agreement shall be resolved through the competent courts in Kuwait Kuwait City.
