Important Notes & Terms
1. This Invoice covers all Curriculum Developer services rendered in Morocco Casablanca between 01 March 2025 and 30 May 2025 as outlined in Contract Agreement CURR-DEV-2025-CAS-019.
2. All deliverables, including curriculum frameworks, instructional materials, assessment tools, and training documentation, are the intellectual property of the client upon full payment of this Invoice.
3. The Curriculum Developer retains the right to reference the project in professional portfolios and academic publications, subject to client approval.
4. Payment is due within thirty (30) calendar days from the Invoice date. Late payments shall incur a penalty of 1.5% per month as per Moroccan commercial law (Code de Commerce).
5. Any additional services beyond the scope defined in this Invoice will be subject to a separate quotation and written approval from both parties.
6. This Invoice is governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco. Any disputes shall be resolved through the competent courts of Morocco Casablanca.
7. All Curriculum Developer work products have been reviewed for compliance with the Moroccan Ministry of National Education, Higher Education, and Scientific Research guidelines.
