Payment Instructions
This Invoice must be settled within fifteen (15) calendar days from the Invoice date of 15 June 2025. Payment should be made via bank transfer to the account of EduCraft Nepal Pvt. Ltd. at Nabil Bank, Kathmandu Branch, Account No. 001-0045-67890, IFSC: NBLKNPCT. Please reference Invoice No. ECN-2025-00847 in your payment remarks. Cheques should be made payable to "EduCraft Nepal Pvt. Ltd." and delivered to our office at New Road, Kathmandu, Nepal. A late payment surcharge of 1.5% per month will apply to any outstanding balance after the due date of 30 June 2025.
Important Notes & Terms
- This Invoice covers all Curriculum Developer services rendered between 1 March 2025 and 14 June 2025 in Nepal Kathmandu. No additional charges will be incurred for the scope described herein.
- All curriculum materials, documents, and intellectual property developed by the Curriculum Developer team become the sole property of Shree Himalaya International Academy upon full and final payment of this Invoice.
- The Curriculum Developer reserves the right to use anonymized project data for internal quality improvement and portfolio purposes, subject to the client's written consent.
- Any revisions or amendments to the curriculum beyond the agreed scope will be billed separately at a rate of NPR 8,500 per hour, subject to a written change order signed by both parties.
- This Invoice is valid for 90 days from the date of issue. After this period, the client must request a re-issued Invoice reflecting any applicable tax rate changes in Nepal.
- Disputes arising from this Invoice or the associated services shall be resolved through arbitration in Kathmandu, Nepal, in accordance with the Arbitration Act, 1999 of Nepal.
