Notes & Terms
1. This Invoice covers all Curriculum Developer services rendered between 1 March 2025 and 31 May 2025 at the client's premises in Netherlands Amsterdam. No additional charges apply beyond those itemised above.
2. All deliverables, including curriculum frameworks, module documentation, assessment rubrics, and the blended learning strategy, are the intellectual property of the Amsterdam Institute of Applied Sciences upon full settlement of this Invoice.
3. The Curriculum Developer retains the right to reference the project in professional portfolios and academic publications, subject to a 30-day prior written notice to the client.
4. Late payment on this Invoice shall incur interest at the statutory rate as defined in Article 6:119a of the Dutch Civil Code (Burgerlijk Wetboek), calculated from the day following the due date.
5. This Invoice is governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes arising from this Invoice shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the District Court of Amsterdam, Netherlands Amsterdam.
6. The Curriculum Developer confirms compliance with all applicable Dutch data protection regulations (AVG/GDPR) regarding any student or faculty data accessed during the engagement.
