Payment Terms & Conditions
- This Invoice is payable within thirty (30) calendar days of the issue date, no later than 15 July 2025.
- Payment is to be made via electronic funds transfer (EFT) to the ANZ Bank account specified above, or by cheque made payable to Te Kura Learning Solutions Ltd.
- A 2% early payment discount applies if this Invoice is settled within fourteen (14) days of issue.
- Late payments will incur interest at the rate of 1.5% per month, in accordance with the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and applicable Auckland commercial regulations.
- All services described in this Invoice were delivered by a qualified Curriculum Developer operating under the professional standards of the New Zealand Curriculum Council and the Auckland Council of Education.
- Any disputes regarding this Invoice must be raised in writing within fourteen (14) days of receipt. Matters will be resolved under New Zealand law, with jurisdiction in the District Court, Auckland.
Notes & Additional Information
This Invoice covers all Curriculum Developer services rendered between 1 March 2025 and 10 June 2025 for the Auckland Regional Education Board. All curriculum materials, digital resources, and professional development content developed under this engagement are the intellectual property of the client upon full settlement of this Invoice.
