Payment Terms & Conditions
This Invoice is issued in accordance with the services agreement between Te Wānanga Curriculum Solutions Ltd and the Wellington Regional Education Board, governed by the laws of New Zealand. Payment of the total amount of NZD $40,352.30 is due within thirty (30) calendar days of the invoice date, no later than 15 July 2025.
Payment should be made via electronic funds transfer (EFT) to the bank account details listed in the header of this Invoice. Please reference Invoice No. TWC-2025-0487 and Contract No. WREC-CD-2025-012 in your payment remittance to ensure accurate reconciliation by our accounts team in Wellington.
Overdue amounts will attract interest at the rate prescribed under the New Zealand Commerce Act 1986, Section 44, calculated daily from the due date until full payment is received. The Curriculum Developer's services are considered fully rendered upon delivery of all Phase 3 deliverables as outlined in the Statement of Work.
Notes & Additional Information
This Invoice covers the complete scope of Curriculum Developer services for Phase 3 of the Wellington Regional Science Curriculum Project. All deliverables, including the final curriculum framework, digital resource library, assessment instruments, and workshop materials, have been submitted to Dr. Sarah Mitchell on 12 June 2025 and accepted in writing on 13 June 2025.
