Terms and Conditions of This Invoice
- This Invoice constitutes a formal request for payment for Curriculum Developer services rendered in Nigeria Abuja. All services were performed in compliance with the Federal Republic of Nigeria's educational regulations and the standards set by the NBESQ.
- The Curriculum Developer retains full intellectual property rights over all original curriculum frameworks, lesson plans, and assessment instruments developed under this engagement until full payment is received.
- All deliverables, including printed materials and digital resources, were produced and distributed within the Abuja metropolitan area, Nigeria, in accordance with the project timeline agreed upon in the service contract dated 10 January 2025.
- Any disputes arising from this Invoice shall be resolved through arbitration in Abuja, Nigeria, in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, Cap A18, Laws of the Federation of Nigeria 2004.
- This Invoice is valid for 30 days from the date of issue. After this period, the Curriculum Developer reserves the right to re-evaluate rates based on prevailing economic conditions in Nigeria.
