1. This Invoice covers all professional services rendered by EduForge Curriculum Solutions Ltd. as the appointed Curriculum Developer for the LASUBEB JSS Mathematics Curriculum Redesign Project, Reference No. LASUBEB/EDU/2025/0112.

2. All intellectual property rights in the curriculum materials, textbooks, guides, and training content developed under this engagement shall vest in the Lagos State Government upon full and final payment of this Invoice.

3. The Curriculum Developer warrants that all content is original, free from plagiarism, and compliant with the NERDC Curriculum Guidelines (2014, Revised 2022) and the Lagos State Education Law 2020.

4. Any disputes arising from this Invoice shall be resolved through arbitration in Lagos, Nigeria, in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, Cap A18, Laws of the Federation of Nigeria 2004.

5. This Invoice is valid for ninety (90) days from the date of issue. After this period, the Curriculum Developer reserves the right to re-quote based on prevailing exchange rates and cost-of-living adjustments in Nigeria Lagos.
