Terms, Conditions & Payment Details

This Invoice is issued by Islamabad Educational Design & Development Consultants for the professional services of the Curriculum Developer engaged under contract reference FBISE/CD/2025/118. All services were performed within the administrative boundaries of Pakistan Islamabad unless otherwise noted in the line items above.

  • Payment Due Date: 30 June 2025 (15 days from the date of this Invoice). Payment is to be made via bank transfer to the account specified below.
  • Bank Details: HBL Bank, Blue Area Branch, Pakistan Islamabad. Account Title: IEDDC. IBAN: PK00 HBLB 0000 1234 5678 9012 3456.
  • Penalty for Late Payment: A surcharge of 2% per month will be applied to any outstanding balance beyond the due date, in accordance with the Federal Procurement Regulations of Pakistan.
  • Intellectual Property: All curriculum materials, frameworks, and documentation produced by the Curriculum Developer under this engagement remain the property of the Federal Board upon full and final payment of this Invoice.
  • Revisions: One round of minor revisions (up to 10% of content) is included. Additional revisions requested by the client after final acceptance will be billed separately at the Curriculum Developer’s standard hourly rate of PKR 8,500.
  • Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this Invoice or the underlying services shall be resolved through arbitration in Pakistan Islamabad in accordance with the Arbitration Act, 1940 of Pakistan.
  • Tax Compliance: This Invoice has been issued in compliance with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) regulations. A copy of this Invoice must be retained by the client for a minimum period of seven (7) years.

Notes & Acknowledgements

The Curriculum Developer confirms that all deliverables listed in this Invoice have been completed to the satisfaction of the project supervisor at the Federal Board. The Curriculum Developer further attests that all research, data collection, and consultation activities were conducted ethically and in full compliance with the data protection standards applicable in Pakistan Islamabad.

This Invoice constitutes the final and complete billing for the Curriculum Developer’s engagement under the referenced contract. No further charges will be incurred unless a formal change order is executed in writing by both parties.
