Important Notes & Terms
1. This Invoice covers all Curriculum Developer services rendered in Lima, Peru, as outlined in the signed Service Agreement dated May 28, 2025 (Contract Ref: ECP-CON-2025-012).
2. All curriculum materials developed by the Curriculum Developer remain the intellectual property of the client upon full payment of this Invoice. EduCurriculum Pro retains the right to reference the project in professional portfolios.
3. The Curriculum Developer services are subject to the Peruvian Consumer Protection Law (Ley 29571) and the applicable regulations of the Ministry of Education of Peru.
4. Any additional scope beyond the six phases listed above will be invoiced separately with a minimum 10-business-day notice.
5. This Invoice is valid for 60 calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, a revised Invoice reflecting current exchange rates and applicable taxes will be generated.
