Terms and Conditions
1. This Invoice is issued by EduCurriculum Qatar LLC, a registered entity operating in Qatar Doha, in accordance with the terms set forth in Contract No. CTR-QD-2025-0117 dated 1 March 2025.
2. All services rendered by the Curriculum Developer are subject to the scope of work defined in the master service agreement. Any additional services beyond the agreed scope will be billed separately with prior written approval from the client.
3. The Curriculum Developer retains full intellectual property rights over all proprietary frameworks, methodologies, and templates developed during the engagement, unless otherwise specified in the contract. The client receives a perpetual, non-exclusive license to use the deliverables within their institution in Qatar Doha.
4. All deliverables are subject to a 14-day review period following submission. Failure to provide written feedback within this period will constitute acceptance of the work as completed and satisfactory.
5. This Invoice is governed by the laws of the State of Qatar. Any disputes arising from this Invoice or the associated services shall be resolved through arbitration in Doha, Qatar, in accordance with the Qatar Arbitration Law.
6. The Curriculum Developer shall maintain professional confidentiality regarding all institutional data, student information, and proprietary academic materials encountered during the course of this engagement in Qatar Doha.
7. Cancellation or termination of services prior to completion will result in billing for all hours worked up to the date of termination, plus a 10% administrative fee.
