Terms and Conditions – Invoice for Curriculum Developer Services in Russia Moscow
- This Invoice (INV-RM-2025-0487) is issued by the Curriculum Developer, Anna Sergeyevna Volkova, for professional educational design services rendered to OOO "Voskhod Educational Group" in Moscow, Russia. All services described herein fall under the scope of curriculum development, instructional design, and educational content creation.
- Payment of the total amount of 750,950.00 Russian Rubles (RUB) is due within fifteen (15) calendar days from the issue date of this Invoice, no later than 30 June 2025. Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the account specified below.
- All deliverables produced by the Curriculum Developer are the intellectual property of the client upon full payment of this Invoice. The Curriculum Developer retains the right to reference the project in professional portfolios and case studies, subject to the client's written approval for any confidential data.
- The Curriculum Developer guarantees that all curriculum materials comply with the current Federal State Educational Standards (FSES) of the Russian Federation and are culturally appropriate for students in Moscow, Russia. Any required revisions due to regulatory changes within 90 days of delivery shall be provided at no additional cost.
