Notes and Terms of Service
- This Invoice covers all Curriculum Developer services rendered between April 1, 2025, and June 30, 2025, as outlined in the Service Agreement dated March 10, 2025 (Contract No. NFEU-CD-2025-012).
- All curriculum materials, lesson plans, assessment instruments, and digital resources developed under this engagement are the intellectual property of Northwestern Federal University upon full settlement of this Invoice.
- The Curriculum Developer, Mr. Alexander D. Petrov, is registered as a self-employed individual (NPD regime) in the city of Saint Petersburg, Russia, and is responsible for all applicable tax obligations as reflected in this Invoice.
- Any additional revisions or modifications to the delivered curriculum documents beyond the scope defined in the original contract will be invoiced separately at the agreed hourly rate.
- This Invoice is valid for 90 days from the date of issue. After this period, a revised Invoice may be required to reflect any changes in applicable tax rates or regulatory requirements in the Russian Federation.
- All services were performed in compliance with the educational standards set forth by the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation and the specific accreditation requirements of the client institution in Saint Petersburg.
