Important Notes & Terms
1. This Invoice covers all professional services rendered by the Curriculum Developer as outlined in the Statement of Work (SOW) dated 01 March 2025, Contract Reference: EDU-SEN-2025-0089.
2. All curriculum materials developed under this engagement are the intellectual property of the client upon full payment of this Invoice. The Curriculum Developer retains the right to reference the project in professional portfolios and academic publications.
3. The Curriculum Developer has conducted all fieldwork, stakeholder consultations, and pedagogical research within the Senegal Dakar metropolitan area and its surrounding educational zones as specified in the contract.
4. Any additional revisions or scope changes beyond the original deliverables will be subject to a separate Invoice and mutual written agreement between both parties.
5. This Invoice is valid for 90 days from the issue date. After this period, the Curriculum Developer reserves the right to reissue the Invoice with updated rates if applicable.
6. All services were performed in compliance with the educational standards set by the Ministère de l'Éducation Nationale, du Préscolaire et des Sports of Senegal, and in alignment with the national education policy framework for Dakar and the broader Senegalese education system.
