Late payments shall attract interest at the rate of 1.5% per month as stipulated under the Singapore Singapore Interest Act. Notes & Additional Information
1. This Invoice covers all Curriculum Developer services rendered between 1 March 2025 and 31 May 2025. All deliverables have been accepted in writing by the client's Director of Academics on 10 June 2025.
2. The Curriculum Developer engagement was conducted in full compliance with the Singapore Singapore Private Education Regulations and the institution's internal procurement policies. All intellectual property rights to the developed curriculum materials are transferred to Eastbridge International Academy upon full settlement of this Invoice.
3. A separate Invoice will be issued for the Q4 2025 consultancy review if the client elects to continue the Curriculum Developer engagement beyond the current contract period.
4. Please retain this Invoice for your records. A digital copy has also been sent to [email protected]. For any queries regarding this Invoice or the Curriculum Developer services described herein, please contact our billing department within thirty (30) days.
5. This document constitutes a formal Invoice under the Singapore Singapore Goods and Services Tax (GST) Act. The GST registration number of the service provider is GST2019334567K.
