Payment Terms & Conditions
This Invoice is issued by EduCraft Solutions (Pty) Ltd, a registered Curriculum Developer consultancy operating in South Africa Cape Town, in accordance with the service-level agreement (SLA) dated 01 March 2025 (Ref: SLA-CT-2025-019).
- Payment is due within thirty (30) calendar days from the Invoice date of 14 June 2025, i.e., no later than 14 July 2025.
- Payments should be made via Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) to the following account: FNB Business Account, Account No: 6284519307, Branch Code: 250655, Reference: ECF-2025-00472.
- A late payment penalty of 1.75% per month (or part thereof) will be applied to any outstanding balance after the due date, in line with the National Credit Act of South Africa.
- This Invoice is valid for 90 days from the date of issue. After this period, the Curriculum Developer services quoted may be subject to rate revision.
- All deliverables referenced in this Invoice have been accepted in writing by the Western Cape Department of Education on 05 June 2025.
