1. This Invoice covers all Curriculum Developer professional services rendered by EduBridge Korea Ltd. to the Seoul Metropolitan Office of Education during the period of January 2025 through May 2025. All deliverables have been accepted in writing by the project oversight committee on May 28, 2025.
2. The Curriculum Developer, Dr. Sarah M. Kim, holds a Ph.D. in Curriculum and Instruction from Seoul National University and has over fifteen years of experience in educational design within South Korea Seoul and international contexts. All intellectual property rights to the developed curriculum materials transfer to the client upon full settlement of this Invoice.
3. All services were performed in compliance with the South Korea Seoul Education Act, the National Curriculum Standards issued by the Ministry of Education, Republic of Korea, and the specific terms outlined in Contract SMOE-CD-2025-0112.
4. This Invoice is issued in accordance with the Korean Tax Code and the Value-Added Tax Act. A duplicate copy of this Invoice is available upon request from the billing department at EduBridge Korea Ltd., Gangnam-gu, Seoul.
5. For any disputes or queries regarding this Invoice, please contact the undersigned within fifteen (15) business days. All communications should be directed to the billing office in Seoul, South Korea, at the address listed above.
