Payment Terms & Conditions
This Invoice is issued in accordance with the service agreement dated 1 March 2025 between EduCurriculum Pro Solutions S.L. (the Curriculum Developer firm) and the Barcelona Institute of Higher Education. Payment of the full amount of €36,545.80 is due within 30 days of the issue date, no later than 15 July 2025.
Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the following account: IBAN ES91 2100 0418 4502 0005 1332 (Banco Santander, Barcelona branch). Please reference Invoice number INV-2025-BCN-0847 in all correspondence and transfers.
Late payments shall incur interest at the rate established by the Spanish Law on Late Payment in Commercial Transactions (Ley 3/2004), currently 8.5% per annum above the ECB reference rate. This Invoice is governed by the laws of Spain and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Barcelona, Spain.
Notes & Additional Information
This Invoice covers the complete scope of Curriculum Developer services rendered for the academic year 2025–2026. All deliverables have been accepted in writing by the client's Academic Board on 10 June 2025. The Curriculum Developer, Sr. Alejandro Ferrer, holds a professional certification from the Spanish Ministry of Education and has over 14 years of experience in curriculum design within the Spain Barcelona higher education sector.
All intellectual property rights in the developed curriculum documents, assessment frameworks, and training materials transfer to the client upon full payment of this Invoice. The Curriculum Developer retains the right to reference this project in professional portfolios and case studies, subject to the client's prior written approval for any public disclosure of programme-specific data.
Should the client require additional Curriculum Developer services beyond the scope of this Invoice (e.g., curriculum updates, new module development, or ongoing pedagogical consultancy), a separate service agreement and Invoice will be issued. The standard rate for additional Curriculum Developer work in the Spain Barcelona region is €95.00 per hour, inclusive of applicable VAT.
