Notes & Additional Information
This Invoice covers the complete engagement of our Curriculum Developer, Prof. James Anderson, for the period January through June 2025. All services were delivered in person at the Centro Educativo Mediterráneo campus in Valencia, Spain, and remotely via secure video conferencing as agreed in the master service contract dated 10 December 2024.
The Curriculum Developer's work product, including all syllabi, assessment frameworks, digital resources, and documentation, remains the intellectual property of Centro Educativo Mediterráneo upon full settlement of this Invoice. EduCurriculum Valencia S.L. retains the right to reference the project in professional portfolios and case studies, subject to the client's written approval.
All services were performed in compliance with the Spanish Organic Law on Education (LOMLOE, Ley Orgánica 3/2020) and the specific curricular regulations issued by the Conselleria de Educación, Cultura, Universidades y Formación Profesional of the Generalitat Valenciana. The Curriculum Developer adhered to all applicable data protection requirements under the GDPR and Spain's LOPDGDD throughout the engagement.
Should the client require any amendments, clarifications, or additional Curriculum Developer services beyond the scope of this Invoice, a separate purchase order and supplementary Invoice will be issued.
