Payment Terms & Conditions
- Payment is due within 15 calendar days from the issue date of this Invoice, no later than 30 June 2025.
- Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the Curriculum Developer's designated account at Bank of Khartoum, Sudan Khartoum branch, Account No. 0045-8821-3367-9901.
- A late payment penalty of 2% per month will be applied to any outstanding balance after the due date.
- This Invoice covers all professional services rendered by the Curriculum Developer as outlined above. Any additional scope of work will be subject to a separate Invoice and written agreement.
- All intellectual property rights to the final curriculum documents developed by the Curriculum Developer shall transfer to the Ministry of Education upon full and final payment of this Invoice.

This Invoice is issued in accordance with the service contract (Ref: MOED/KRT/CD/2025/0312) signed between the Curriculum Developer, Dr. Amal Hassan El-Tahir, and the Ministry of Education, State of Khartoum, on 10 January 2025. All services were delivered in Sudan Khartoum in compliance with the national education policy framework and the guidelines set forth by the Sudanese National Curriculum Council. The Curriculum Developer confirms that all deliverables have been reviewed and approved by the Curriculum Development & Assessment Directorate prior to the issuance of this Invoice.
