Late Payment: In accordance with Swiss Code of Obligations (OR Art. 104), a late payment interest of 5% per annum will be applied to overdue amounts.
Currency: All amounts are denominated in Swiss Francs (CHF). No foreign exchange fees apply for payments made within Switzerland Zurich.

This Invoice covers the complete engagement of EduCraft Solutions AG as the designated Curriculum Developer partner for the 2025/2026 academic cycle. All services were delivered in compliance with the Swiss Federal Act on Education and Research (FORS) and the specific regulatory guidelines of the Switzerland Zurich cantonal education authority.
The Curriculum Developer services described herein include all intellectual property rights transfer to the client institution upon full settlement of this Invoice. All source documents, digital assets, and curriculum materials remain the exclusive property of the client once payment is confirmed.
Should the client require additional Curriculum Developer support beyond the scope outlined in this Invoice, a separate Statement of Work and revised Invoice will be issued prior to any further engagement. All rates are subject to annual review as per the master service agreement dated 1 January 2025.
This Invoice is valid for 90 days from the issue date. After this period, a revised Invoice reflecting any applicable rate adjustments will be generated.
