Payment Terms & Conditions
This Invoice is payable within thirty (30) calendar days from the Invoice date of 15 June 2025. Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the account specified above. A 5% early payment discount applies if the full amount is settled by 30 June 2025. Late payments will incur a penalty of 1.5% per month as per Thai commercial law. This Invoice is subject to the terms outlined in the Master Service Agreement dated 1 February 2025 between Thailand Bangkok Educational Solutions Co., Ltd. and the International Academy of Bangkok. All Curriculum Developer deliverables remain the intellectual property of the client upon full payment of this Invoice.
Important Notes
1. All Curriculum Developer services described in this Invoice were performed in accordance with the scope of work approved by the client's Board of Directors on 28 February 2025.
2. The Curriculum Developer engagement was conducted primarily at the client's premises in Chatuchak, Bangkok, with supplementary work performed at the provider's office in Khlong Toei, Thailand Bangkok.
3. This Invoice has been issued in compliance with the Revenue Code of Thailand (B.E. 2564) and the Electronic Transactions Act. A VAT-registered Invoice (Form 0113) is available upon request.
4. Please reference Invoice number TBB-CD-2025-0047 in all correspondence and payment remittances.
