Invoice Terms & Conditions – Curriculum Developer Engagement in Turkey Ankara
- This Invoice is issued by Ankara Education Solutions Ltd., a registered Curriculum Developer firm operating in Turkey Ankara, in accordance with the Turkish Commercial Code (Türk Ticaret Kanunu) and applicable education sector regulations.
- Payment of this Invoice shall be made within 15 calendar days of the Invoice date via bank transfer to the account specified below. Late payments shall accrue interest at the rate of 1.5% per month as stipulated under Turkish commercial law.
- All Curriculum Developer deliverables referenced in this Invoice are subject to a 30-day acceptance period. The client must provide written confirmation of acceptance or a detailed list of required revisions within this period. Failure to respond shall constitute deemed acceptance.
- The Curriculum Developer retains full intellectual property rights over all methodologies, frameworks, and proprietary tools developed during the engagement. The client receives a perpetual, non-exclusive license to use the deliverables within the scope of Turkey Ankara public education institutions.
- Any scope changes or additional Curriculum Developer services beyond those listed in this Invoice must be documented in a formal change order signed by both parties prior to execution. Additional charges will be invoiced separately.
- This Invoice is governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes arising from this Invoice or the underlying Curriculum Developer services agreement shall be resolved by the competent courts in Turkey Ankara, Çankaya District.
- The Curriculum Developer warrants that all services rendered under this Invoice comply with the data protection requirements of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK – Law No. 6698). All student and teacher data processed during the engagement shall be handled in strict accordance with this legislation.
- This Invoice is valid for 90 days from the date of issue. After this period, the Curriculum Developer reserves the right to re-quote pricing due to potential changes in material costs, exchange rates, or regulatory requirements in Turkey Ankara.
