Invoice Terms, Conditions & Notes
- Payment Terms: Full payment of this Invoice is due within 15 calendar days of the issue date (by 30 June 2025). Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the account of EduCraft Curriculum Solutions Ltd., Ziraat Bankası, IBAN: TR12 0001 0002 3456 7890 1234 56, Istanbul, Turkey.
- Service Scope: All services listed in this Invoice were performed by a certified Curriculum Developer operating under the professional license of EduCraft Curriculum Solutions Ltd. The Curriculum Developer adhered to all applicable regulations set forth by the Republic of Turkey's Ministry of National Education and the Istanbul Provincial Directorate of National Education.
- Intellectual Property: Upon full settlement of this Invoice, all Curriculum Developer deliverables, including lesson plans, assessment items, curriculum frameworks, and the implementation roadmap, shall become the exclusive property of Boğaziçi International Academy. The Curriculum Developer retains the right to reference the project in professional portfolios with the client's written consent.
