Important Notes & Terms
1. This Invoice is issued by a certified Curriculum Developer operating in Uganda Kampala and is subject to the terms and conditions outlined in Contract No. CD-UK-2025-Q2 dated 1 March 2025.
2. All Curriculum development services described in this Invoice have been delivered in accordance with the Uganda National Curriculum Standards and the guidelines set forth by the Ministry of Education and Sports, Republic of Uganda.
3. Payment is due within fifteen (15) calendar days from the Invoice date. Late payments shall attract interest at the rate of 2% per month as stipulated under the Uganda Contracts Act.
4. The Curriculum Developer reserves all intellectual property rights over the Curriculum frameworks, modules, and assessment tools developed under this engagement, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5. This Invoice is valid for 90 days from the date of issue. After this period, a revised Invoice reflecting any applicable price adjustments will be issued.
6. All services were rendered in Uganda Kampala and are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uganda. Any disputes arising from this Invoice shall be resolved through arbitration in Kampala in accordance with the Uganda Arbitration Act.
7. The Curriculum Developer confirms that all work has been completed to the satisfaction of the project supervisor and that all deliverables listed above have been submitted and accepted.
