Payment Terms & Instructions

Payment of the full amount of 121,746.00 AED is due within fifteen (15) calendar days from the Invoice date of 15 June 2025.

1. All curriculum materials, lesson plans, and digital assets developed under this engagement are the intellectual property of the Abu Dhabi Education Council upon full settlement of this Invoice.
2. The Curriculum Developer, Mr. James A. Whitfield, has completed all deliverables as specified in the Statement of Work. A copy of the final deliverables has been submitted to the ADEC review board on 10 June 2025.
3. This Invoice is valid for 90 days from the date of issue. After this period, the amounts may be subject to revision based on prevailing exchange rates and regulatory changes in the United Arab Emirates Abu Dhabi jurisdiction.
