Terms & Conditions – Invoice EDS-2025-0047
- This Invoice is issued by EduCraft Solutions LLC, a Curriculum Developer firm registered and operating in United Arab Emirates Dubai, and is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
- Payment of this Invoice is due within fifteen (15) calendar days from the issue date. Late payments shall attract a penalty of 1.5% per month as per UAE commercial regulations.
- All services rendered by our Curriculum Developer team are subject to the master service agreement (Contract No. ANA-EDS-2025-003) signed between both parties in United Arab Emirates Dubai.
- Intellectual property rights for all curriculum materials developed by the Curriculum Developer team shall transfer to Al Noor International Academy upon full and final payment of this Invoice.
- VAT at 5% has been applied in accordance with the Federal Tax Authority regulations of the United Arab Emirates. This Invoice is a valid tax document for input tax credit purposes.
- Any disputes arising from this Invoice shall be resolved through arbitration in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, in accordance with the DIFC Arbitration Rules.
- This Invoice is valid for 90 days from the date of issue. After this period, a revised Invoice may be required to reflect any applicable regulatory changes in United Arab Emirates Dubai.
