Payment Terms & Conditions
This Invoice must be settled in full within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue, no later than July 15, 2025. Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the account specified above in the National Bank of Uzbekistan. All transactions are subject to the commercial regulations of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Late payments will incur a penalty of 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance. The Curriculum Developer services described in this Invoice are considered fully rendered upon delivery of all deliverables and written acceptance by the client's designated project manager.
Additional Notes Regarding This Invoice
1. All Curriculum Developer services outlined in this Invoice were performed in accordance with the Master Service Agreement (MSA-2025-0012) signed between EduCurriculum Pro Solutions LLC and Tashkent State University of Economics on February 10, 2025.
2. The Curriculum Developer team operated primarily from the client's premises in Tashkent, Uzbekistan, with supplementary remote work conducted from our office in Tashkent. All intellectual property rights to the developed curriculum materials transfer to the client upon full payment of this Invoice.
3. This Invoice is issued in compliance with the Tax Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan. A duplicate copy of this Invoice can be requested by contacting our billing department at [email protected].
4. The Curriculum Developer engagement covered all phases from initial needs assessment in Tashkent through final accreditation documentation, ensuring full alignment with the strategic educational development plan of Uzbekistan for 2025–2030.
