Important Notes Regarding This Invoice
1. This Invoice is issued in accordance with the professional services agreement (Contract No. UMC-2025-0112) signed between EduCaracas Solutions C.A. and Universidad Metropolitana de Caracas, both operating within Venezuela Caracas.
2. All services were performed by the designated Curriculum Developer, Ing. Carlos Alberto Mendoza, who holds a Master's degree in Educational Design and twelve years of experience in curriculum development for Venezuelan and international institutions.
3. The amounts stated in this Invoice are denominated in United States Dollars (USD) as per the contractual agreement. Payment may be made in USD or its equivalent in Venezuelan Bolívares (VES) at the BCV official exchange rate on the date of payment.
4. The Curriculum Developer retains all intellectual property rights to proprietary methodologies and frameworks developed during the engagement, while the client institution receives a perpetual, non-exclusive license to use all curriculum materials produced for internal academic purposes.
5. This Invoice must be settled within thirty (30) calendar days from the issue date. Late payments will incur a monthly interest charge of 1.5% as stipulated in the service agreement.
Terms and Conditions
This Invoice constitutes a formal request for payment for professional Curriculum Developer services rendered in Venezuela Caracas. By accepting this Invoice, the client acknowledges receipt of all deliverables as specified in the service agreement. Any disputes arising from this Invoice shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the laws of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, with the seat of arbitration established in Venezuela Caracas. The Curriculum Developer agrees to provide a thirty (30) day post-delivery support period for minor revisions to curriculum documents at no additional cost. Major revisions or scope changes beyond the original contract will be subject to a separate Invoice and mutual written agreement. This document is valid for one hundred eighty (180) days from the issue date. After this period, the Invoice shall be considered void and a new Invoice must be issued if payment has not been received.
