Notes and Additional Information
This Invoice covers the complete engagement of the Curriculum Developer for the STEM curriculum redesign project at Saigon International Academy, Vietnam Ho Chi Minh City. All deliverables referenced in this Invoice have been accepted in writing by the client's Director of Academic Affairs on May 30, 2025.
The Curriculum Developer retains intellectual property rights to the underlying instructional design methodology and proprietary frameworks. The client receives a perpetual, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, and adapt all curriculum materials for internal educational purposes at their Vietnam Ho Chi Minh City campus.
Any additional services, scope changes, or post-implementation support beyond the 90-day window specified in Line Item 6 will be invoiced separately at the agreed-upon hourly rate of 1,200,000 VND per hour.
This Invoice is issued in accordance with Vietnamese tax regulations and the Circular 78/2021/TT-BTC governing electronic invoicing. A stamped paper copy of this Invoice is available upon request at the service provider's office in Vietnam Ho Chi Minh City.
