Payment Terms & Instructions
This Invoice must be settled in full within thirty (30) calendar days from the Invoice date of 15 June 2025. Payment is to be made via bank transfer to the IBAN listed in the header of this Invoice. Please reference Invoice number INV-2025-BRU-0047 in the transfer remarks.
In accordance with Belgian commercial law (Wetboek van Koophandel, Article 576), a late payment interest of 10% per annum shall apply to any outstanding balance after the due date. Additionally, a fixed recovery cost of €40 per overdue Invoice, as stipulated by the Belgian Code of Economic Law, will be charged.
All services rendered by our Customs Officer team are subject to the professional code of conduct established by the Belgian Customs and Excise Directorate. This Invoice constitutes the final and complete statement of charges for the period specified.
