Notes and Terms of Service
This Invoice is issued by Beijing International Trade & Customs Services Co., Ltd. in connection with professional Customs Officer services rendered for the clearance of imported goods through the China Beijing customs jurisdiction. All services were performed in strict compliance with the Customs Law of the People's Republic of China, the Regulations on the Implementation of the Customs Law, and applicable GACC circulars in force during the service period.
- The designated Customs Officer, Senior Officer Wang Liqun, holds a valid professional license issued by the General Administration of Customs of China and is authorized to operate within the China Beijing customs territory, including all ports, airports, and bonded zones under Beijing Customs House jurisdiction.
- All tariff classifications, duty calculations, and regulatory determinations referenced in this Invoice were based on the Harmonized System (HS) nomenclature as adopted by China and the tariff schedules published by the General Administration of Customs of China for the 2025 fiscal year.
- The China Beijing customs clearance process described herein includes all standard procedures: document submission, risk assessment, physical or non-invasive inspection, duty assessment, and final release. Any additional inspections or holds imposed by the Customs Officer at the discretion of the Beijing Customs House are not included in this Invoice and will be billed separately.
- Payment is due within fifteen (15) calendar days from the date of issue of this Invoice. Late payments shall accrue interest at a rate of 0.05% per day in accordance with Chinese commercial practice.
- This Invoice constitutes a valid fiscal document for the purposes of corporate tax deduction and VAT input credit under the tax administration regulations of the People's Republic of China. A corresponding VAT special invoice (fapiao) will be issued upon receipt of payment.
