This Invoice is issued in accordance with the Colombian Tax Code (Estatuto Tributario) and the regulations governing the provision of professional customs brokerage services in Colombia. The services rendered by the Customs Officer are subject to the professional secrecy obligations established under Article 17 of Law 160 of 1994 and the DIAN Customs Agent Regulations.
- All services were performed at the customs facilities in Bogotá D.C., Colombia, and comply with the procedures established by the Dirección de Impuestos y Aduanas Nacionales (DIAN).
- Payment is due within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue of this Invoice. Late payments shall accrue interest at the maximum rate permitted by Colombian law (Interés Moratorio).
- The Customs Officer's professional liability is covered under Policy No. SEGURO-2025-1142 with Seguros Bolívar S.A., with a coverage limit of COP 500,000,000 per claim.
- This Invoice does not include third-party fees charged directly by DIAN, the Port Authority of Bogotá (Autoridad Portuaria de Bogotá), or the Colombian Air Force for physical handling, storage, or demurrage. Such fees, if applicable, will be invoiced separately.
- Any dispute arising from this Invoice shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the commercial courts of Bogotá D.C., Colombia, in accordance with the applicable provisions of the Colombian Commercial Code.
- The client acknowledges that the Customs Officer has exercised due diligence in the classification, valuation, and clearance of the referenced shipments. The client remains ultimately responsible for the accuracy of the commercial data provided to the Customs Officer prior to the filing of any customs declaration.
