Important Notes Regarding This Invoice
This Invoice covers all Customs Officer services rendered by Andes Customs & Trade Solutions S.A.S. during the period of June 2, 2025, through June 13, 2025, at our operational facility in Colombia Medellín. All services were performed by licensed and registered Customs Officers holding valid credentials issued by the Colombian Directorate of Industry and Commerce (DICOM) and the National Customs and Tax Directorate (DIAN).
The client acknowledges that all import and export declarations filed by our Customs Officer team are subject to the regulations established in the Colombian Customs Code (Código de Comercio, Title V) and the regulations issued by the Ministry of Commerce, Industry, and Tourism of Colombia. Any discrepancies discovered during post-clearance audits by DIAN or the Colombian Customs Authority will be addressed in accordance with the terms of our Master Service Agreement (Contract No. MSA-2024-0112).
All monetary amounts stated in this Invoice are in United States Dollars (USD) as per the contractual agreement. The Colombian Peso (COP) equivalent at the time of payment will be calculated using the exchange rate published by the Banco de la República on the date of payment. The Invoice is valid for 30 calendar days from the date of issue.
Payment Terms and Conditions
Payment Method: Wire transfer (T/T) to the following account: Banco de Bogotá, Account No. 016-987654-3, IBAN: CO12 BDOL 9876 5432 1000 0000 00. Reference: Invoice No. ACS-2025-04872.
Due Date: Payment is due within 30 days from the date of this Invoice (July 15, 2025). Late payments will incur a monthly interest rate of 1.5% in accordance with Colombian commercial law.
Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this Invoice or the associated Customs Officer services shall be resolved through arbitration in Colombia Medellín, in accordance with the rules of the Chamber of Commerce of Medellín. The governing law for this Invoice and all related services is the law of the Republic of Colombia.
Validity: This Invoice constitutes a valid fiscal document for tax purposes in Colombia. The client is responsible for verifying the authenticity of this document through the DIAN electronic verification system. Retain this Invoice for a minimum period of five (5) years as required by Colombian tax regulations.
