Terms & Conditions of This Invoice
- This Invoice is issued in accordance with the Egyptian Commercial Code and the regulations of the Egyptian Customs Authority governing all customs operations at Alexandria Port.
- Payment is due within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of issue. Late payments shall incur a penalty of 2% per month as stipulated under Egyptian commercial law.
- All services rendered by the assigned Customs Officer are subject to the licensing and oversight of the Egyptian Customs Authority. The Customs Officer operates under License No. CO-EGY-2019-00442 and is fully authorized to conduct inspections, assessments, and clearance procedures at Alexandria Port.
- Any disputes arising from this Invoice shall be resolved through the competent commercial courts in Alexandria, Egypt, in accordance with applicable Egyptian law.
- This Invoice constitutes the final and complete statement of charges for the services described herein. No additional fees shall be incurred unless a supplementary Invoice is issued and mutually agreed upon in writing.
- All customs documentation, inspection reports, and clearance certificates referenced in this Invoice are valid for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of issuance, after which re-verification by the Customs Officer at Alexandria Port may be required.
Important Notes
Please note that this Invoice covers all customs-related services performed by our designated Customs Officer at the Alexandria Port facility during the billing period of 01 June 2025 through 14 June 2025. All import and export declarations processed under this Invoice have been filed electronically through the Egyptian Customs Authority's integrated customs system (ICIS). The Customs Officer confirms that all cargo inspections were conducted in full compliance with Egyptian customs regulations, international trade agreements to which Egypt is a party, and the specific terms of the client's trade license. Should the client require any clarification regarding the line items, duty assessments, or inspection findings detailed in this Invoice, please contact our Alexandria office directly. A copy of this Invoice has been filed with the Egyptian Tax Authority and the Alexandria Port Authority records office.
