Important Notes Regarding This Invoice
- This Invoice covers all Customs Officer services rendered in connection with the client's import and logistics operations within the Egypt Cairo customs jurisdiction during the stated service period.
- All services were performed in full compliance with the Egyptian Customs Law (Law No. 207 of 2020) and the regulations issued by the Egyptian Customs Authority headquartered in Cairo.
- The supervising Customs Officer, Lt. Amira Fawzy, holds a valid license issued by the Ministry of Finance, Republic of Egypt, and all inspections were conducted at the designated Egypt Cairo customs facilities.
- Payment is due within 15 calendar days from the Invoice date. Late payments will incur a penalty of 1.5% per month as stipulated in the service agreement.

Terms and Conditions
1. This Invoice is issued in accordance with the Master Service Agreement (Ref: MSA-2024-0092) executed between Nile Customs & Trade Services Co. and Al-Ahram International Logistics S.A.E. on 12 January 2025, governing the provision of Customs Officer services in Egypt Cairo.
2. All Customs Officer personnel assigned to this engagement are licensed, insured, and registered with the Egyptian Customs Authority. The client acknowledges that the Customs Officer acts as an independent service provider and does not represent the Egyptian government or the Customs Authority in any capacity.
3. Any disputes arising from this Invoice or the underlying services shall be resolved through arbitration in Cairo, Egypt, in accordance with the rules of the Egyptian Arbitration Center, with the Arabic language prevailing in the event of any translation discrepancy.
4. This Invoice constitutes a final and binding statement of charges for the services rendered during the period specified. No additional charges will be incurred beyond the amounts stated herein unless a written amendment is executed by both parties.
5. The client is responsible for ensuring that all goods subject to Customs Officer inspection are properly declared and that all supporting documentation is accurate and complete in accordance with Egypt Cairo customs requirements.
