Terms and Conditions of This Invoice

This Invoice is issued by EthioClear Customs & Trade Services PLC in accordance with the Ethiopian Commercial Code and the National Bank of Ethiopia payment regulations. All services rendered by our licensed Customs Officer are subject to the provisions of the Ethiopian Customs Proclamation and applicable directives issued by the Ministry of Revenues, Addis Ababa.

  • Payment is due within fifteen (15) calendar days from the date of issue of this Invoice. Late payments shall attract a penalty of 2% per month as stipulated under Ethiopian commercial law.
  • All amounts stated in this Invoice are denominated in Ethiopian Birr (ETB). For international remittance, the equivalent amount shall be converted at the National Bank of Ethiopia's official exchange rate on the date of payment.
  • The Customs Officer assigned to this engagement operates under License No. EO-CO-2023-1156 issued by the Ethiopian Customs Authority, Addis Ababa. All clearance activities are conducted in full compliance with federal and regional regulations.
