Terms and Conditions – Customs Officer Services in Germany Berlin
1. All services rendered by the Customs Officer are performed in strict compliance with the Union Customs Code (Regulation (EU) No 952/2013), the German Customs Law (Zollgesetz), and applicable regulations of the Federal Customs Administration in Germany Berlin.
2. The Customs Officer acts as an independent licensed intermediary (Zollagent) registered with the Berlin Customs Office. All declarations and representations made to the Zollamt are subject to the professional standards and liability provisions of the German Customs Tariff Law (Zolltarifgesetz).
3. The client acknowledges that this Invoice covers professional advisory and representation services only. Actual customs duties, VAT, and other levies collected by the German Federal Customs Administration are not included in this Invoice and are settled directly between the client and the Zollamt.
4. All work product, including tariff classifications, compliance reports, and audit summaries prepared by the Customs Officer, remains the intellectual property of Berliner Zollberatung GmbH and may not be reproduced without written consent.
5. Disputes arising from this Invoice or the underlying services shall be governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. The exclusive place of jurisdiction is the competent court in Berlin, Germany.
