Terms and Conditions of This Invoice
- This Invoice is issued by a licensed Customs Officer operating under the authority of the Iran Tehran Customs Administration and is valid for payment within fifteen (15) calendar days from the Invoice date stated above.
- All services described in this Invoice were performed by a certified Customs Officer holding active registration with the Iran Tehran Chamber of Commerce and Industry. The Customs Officer's professional licence number is referenced in the issuer section of this document.
- Payment shall be made in Iranian Rials (IRR) via bank transfer to the account specified below. Late payments beyond the due date will incur a penalty of 0.5% per day as per Iran Tehran commercial regulations.
- The Customs Officer reserves the right to withhold final release documentation until full payment of this Invoice is confirmed. No portion of the services rendered in Iran Tehran shall be considered complete until the Invoice balance is settled in full.
- This Invoice is subject to the commercial laws of the Islamic Republic of Iran. Any disputes arising from this Invoice shall be resolved through the Iran Tehran Commercial Arbitration Court.
